Studio For Sale

Due to a car accident, i have become light sensitive and unable to shoot.  So I need to sell my beloved studio.  Currently, Faith Photography is located at 8 W Main in Du Quoin.  It is the only store-front studio in Perry County.  We currently specialize in Weddings and Babies: Bellies to Tots, although we do general portraits and seniors, as well.  The studio is being offered for $25,000 (with a new name) and includes client database, 3 digital cameras, 2 computers, $600 computer allowance, $400 allowance for new marketing materials from Faith Creative Designs, many props, many backgrounds, studio strobes, frames, framing corners, projector, cash register, background support, and much, much more. The building is currently leased from Don Oxford and has been customized for the portrait studio, but he is willing to sell the building or to continue leasing it to the new business owner.
